Scheduling & Billing Policies

• Minimum scheduled time: 30 minutes (OPI phone) / 60 minutes (VRI video).
• 48-hour minimum notice required for all pre-scheduled requests.
• 24-hour cancellation policy: Cancellations within 24 hours remain fully billable.
• On-demand languages cannot be pre-scheduled.
